Nonveg Sagar did not accept return product after delivery.
- An order can be cancelled at any time before delivery. There will be no cancellation charge.
- Any order can be returned to Nonveg Sagar customer without any charge. In case of return Nonveg Sagar will pick up the product within 24 hours and refund the entire amount except any delivery charges.
- The customer may opt for replacement of the product instead of return. The same would be replaced within 24 hours without any charge.
- In case of sealed and branded product, once the seal is broken, no refund / replacement will be acceptable. If the seal is not broken, the same policy as mentioned above will be applicable for branded and sealed products also.
- Partial return / replacement is not acceptable.
- Nonveg Sagar may decide to stop delivery to or ban any person or address without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The product purchased and the product returned must be the same. The customer can not return a different product than the one delivered to him / her. This is true even in case of generic products.
- The invoice, packets and packaging must be returned at the time of returning or replacing the product.
Refunds
- Replacement product will be delivered in 24 hours. in case of any refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.
